Schedule

Choose the next step that fits where you are.

Whether you are exploring Idaho Regenerative Medicine (IRM) for the first time or ready to begin care, this page is designed to help you choose the right starting point without guessing which therapy or visit type you need.

Start here

Choose the path that fits where you are.

IRM is not a one-size-fits-all practice. The best next step depends on whether you are exploring fit, ready to begin care, or returning for ongoing support.

Exploring fit

Get to Know You Consult

Choose this if you are new to IRM, want to understand the approach, and need help clarifying whether your goals, symptoms, and expectations fit the way the practice works.

Ready for care

New Patient Visit

Choose this if you are ready to begin a clinical visit and understand that the appropriate assessment, testing, imaging, therapy conversation, or treatment plan depends on your individual case.

Virtual care

Telehealth Visit

Choose this if a virtual appointment is the appropriate next step for your situation, follow-up needs, care planning, or ongoing support with the IRM team.

Current patients

Established Patient Visit

Choose this if you are already an IRM patient and need follow-up care, ongoing treatment, procedure scheduling, IV therapy, lab review, maintenance care, or support with your current plan.

What happens next

The right appointment creates a clearer path.

You do not need to diagnose yourself, choose a therapy, or know which part of your health story matters most before you schedule.

Some patients begin with a consult. Others are ready for a clinical visit. From there, IRM may recommend assessment, in-office ultrasound imaging, records review, advanced testing, regenerative therapies, foundational support, or a different next step based on the whole picture.
