What is the first step for new patients?
Most new patients begin with a Get to Know You Consult — a relationship-first conversation to hear your story, clarify goals, and decide whether IRM is the right fit. See the New Patients guide for the full flow.
Do I need to know which therapy I want before I call?
No. Many patients arrive without knowing whether they need PRP, hormones, peptides, or another approach. The consult is designed to listen for the pattern first, then discuss what assessment or care may make sense.
What if I am not sure IRM is right for me?
That is exactly what the consult is for. There is no obligation to proceed with care. The goal is clarity, education, and fit.
Payment & insurance
How billing works.
Does IRM accept insurance?
IRM is a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA or FSA accounts when eligible — ask your plan administrator if naturopathic or regenerative services qualify.
When is pricing discussed?
Pricing depends on your individualized plan. The consult is the starting point to understand your needs; specific therapy costs are discussed when a care plan is being considered.
Are payment plans available?
Ask the office about options when you schedule or during your consult. The team can explain what may be available for your situation.

It is a focused visit designed for a thorough conversation. Duration varies based on complexity, but plan enough time to share your story without feeling rushed.
What should I bring?
Prior labs, imaging reports, medication lists, and notes from other providers help — but nothing is required to book. Bring whatever you have that tells your health story.
Can my first visit be virtual?
Yes, when appropriate. Some new patient consults can be done via telehealth. Learn about virtual appointments. Injection therapies, IV therapy, ultrasound, and certain procedures require an in-person visit at our Garden City clinic.

What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, by appointment only.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available at 5513 N Glenwood St. Arrive a few minutes early for your first visit to locate Suite C.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Contact the office as soon as possible at 208-370-2380. Cancellation policies may apply depending on notice given — ask the team when you book.
Can I complete intake forms before my visit?
Yes. After booking, you receive secure intake paperwork by email. Completing forms ahead of time helps your visit focus on your story and goals.
