First visit

What to expect when you arrive.

All visits are by appointment. The office is open Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. When you arrive, check in with the front desk and allow a few extra minutes if it is your first time finding the suite.

  • Wear comfortable clothing — especially if an orthopedic exam may be part of your visit
  • Bring photo ID and a list of medications and supplements if you have one
  • Prior labs or imaging reports are helpful but not required to book
  • Plan time for intake forms if you have not completed them online before arrival

Is regenerative medicine covered by insurance?

IRM is a cash-pay clinic. We can provide documentation for HSA/FSA use when eligible. Pricing is discussed during your consult based on your individualized plan.
