New patients welcome

Your first step is a conversation — not a commitment.

Most new patients at Idaho Regenerative Medicine (IRM) begin with a Get to Know You Consult. It is a relationship-first visit designed to hear your story, clarify your goals, and decide together whether IRM is the right place for your next step.

  • Doctor-led, naturopathic care
  • In-person or virtual options
  • No referral required

How it works

Three steps to getting started.

Step 01

Book the Get to Know You Consult

Schedule online or call the office. Choose in-person at our Garden City clinic or a virtual visit when appropriate.

Step 02

Share your story

Bring your symptoms, timeline, prior care, labs, imaging, and what you hope health will make possible again. We listen for the pattern.

Step 03

Clarify the next step

You leave with a clearer understanding of how IRM thinks, whether we are the right fit, and what assessment or care may make sense next.

Is IRM right for you?

Patients who often find their way here.

You do not need a perfect diagnosis or a chosen therapy before you reach out. These are common stories — not requirements.

Pattern

Pain that keeps returning

You have tried rest, PT, injections, or surgery recommendations, but the same joint, nerve, or tissue pattern keeps flaring. Imaging may look mild compared to how you feel.

Pattern

Normal labs, not-normal symptoms

Fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, hormone shifts, or inflammation that standard workups have not fully explained.

Pattern

Ready for root-cause care

You want a doctor who looks at terrain, hormones, gut health, nervous system tone, and tissue repair — not just one symptom at a time.

Pattern

Considering regenerative options

You are curious about PRP, prolotherapy, peptides, IV therapy, or biologics, but want thoughtful sequencing instead of a trendy one-size-fits-all protocol.

Your journey

What the path often looks like after the consult.

Every plan is individualized. This is a common rhythm — not a promise of a specific timeline or outcome.

01

Get to Know You Consult

A relationship-first conversation to hear your story, clarify goals, and decide whether IRM is the right fit. Available in-person or virtual.

02

Assessment & clarity

If IRM is a fit, the next step may include exam, records review, labs, imaging, live blood analysis, ultrasound, or advanced testing — based on your story.

03

Care plan & sequence

Therapies are chosen in context — terrain support, nervous system regulation, and targeted repair when the body is ready. Not everything at once.

04

Progress & refinement

Follow-ups, lab reviews, therapy adjustments, and long-term continuity options like Vitality Reserve™ when ongoing support makes sense.

Which visit to book

How long is the first consult?

The Get to Know You Consult is a focused visit designed to hear your story and clarify fit. Duration varies based on complexity, but plan for a thorough conversation.

That is exactly what the consult is for. There is no obligation to proceed with care. The goal is clarity and fit.
