Our approach

From symptoms to systems to strategy.

At Idaho Regenerative Medicine (IRM), symptoms are signals. Your body is telling the truth about something. The work is to understand what it is communicating, then build a plan that supports repair, movement, energy, and resilience.

The framework

Four phases that work together.

The right thing at the wrong time is still the wrong thing. Repair tools work best when the terrain can receive the signal.

01

Listen & map

We start with your story, prior care, goals, exam findings, medications, labs, in-office ultrasound or other imaging, and advanced testing when it helps clarify the terrain: gut health, environmental toxins, mold exposure, heavy metals, hormones, nutrients, immune patterns, inflammation, metabolism, genetics, cardiovascular risk, cellular health, Lyme, and co-infections.

02

Restore the terrain

We support the foundations that determine healing capacity: sleep, nutrition, hormones, gut function, inflammation, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.

03

Regenerate tissue

When appropriate, regenerative therapies may be used to support signaling, circulation, tissue repair, orthopedic function, aesthetics, recovery, and resilience. For musculoskeletal care, ultrasound guidance helps treatment reach the intended tissue more precisely.

04

Optimize longevity

The goal is not just short-term relief. The goal is better capacity, recovery, metabolic health, performance, and healthspan over time.

What to expect

A more thoughtful first step.

The first conversation is designed to understand the whole picture before rushing to a label, protocol, procedure, or prescription.

We clarify the problem

Where did this start? What makes it better or worse? What systems are involved? What has been missed? The answer is often more nuanced than one diagnosis.

We define success

Success may mean less pain, better movement, improved energy, improved recovery, better labs, or a clearer plan. Your goals guide the work.

We explain options

You should understand why a therapy is being considered, what it can and cannot do, and how it fits into the larger plan.

We build with you

Regenerative medicine works best when advanced therapies are paired with the daily choices that support repair: nutrition, movement, sleep, nervous system health, and a commitment to the plan.

Common questions

Questions patients ask before starting.

What if my labs look normal but I do not feel well?

Basic labs can miss the bigger pattern. We look at your lived experience, history, goals, and the systems that may be under strain even when routine testing looks “normal.”

Do I need labs, imaging, or advanced testing first?

Not always. We may review existing labs or imaging, use in-office ultrasound for musculoskeletal assessment, order new information, or start with the consultation and decide what is actually needed. When appropriate, advanced testing may evaluate gut health, environmental toxins, mold exposure, heavy metals, hormones, nutrients, immune patterns, inflammation, metabolic health, genetics, cardiovascular risk, cellular health, Lyme, tick-borne infections, or co-infections.

Is regenerative medicine only for injuries?

No. Orthopedic injuries are one area, but the same repair framework can also apply to energy, hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, recovery, and longevity planning.

What influences my results?

Your outcome is shaped by your starting point, health history, tissue quality, inflammation, metabolism, stress load, sleep, and your commitment to the plan. Our goal is to help you create the conditions for better repair and long-term resilience without overpromising a specific result.

Begin

The next step is a conversation,
not a commitment.

Start with a focused conversation to share what has been happening, name what you are hoping for, and understand whether IRM may be the right place for your next step.
